You can download it on the Simutrans homepage. Simutrans 0.82.3exp has been quite buggy, so a new bugfix version has been needed urgently. Unfortunatley Hajo has already has started working on new features when the first bug reports came in. Thus this is not really a bugfix release. It includes fixes for the most serious bugs that came up during testing the 0.82.3exp but also a new feature of unknown impact to stability. Please read the release notes before using the new Simutrans version. Another feature is the support for compressed save games. Some important bugfixes has been done. Trees can be minimized with the "-key (shift+2 on a german keyboard). Vehicles can be removed with a button in the vehicle info window. This should only used in emergency cases.
